What you can expect:

• You rotate through different Sales teams and receive on-the-job coaching from experts.
• You will gain cross-departmental experience e.g., in Product Marketing, Quality & Environment and Customer Service to benefit from various insights. 
• You take on responsibility right from the startYou work on different assignments each with a period of  3-6 months, which help you to establish a broad international business network

Your profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Microsystems, Microelectronics, Sales Engineering or any other field related to Electronics
• Graduates or up to 3 years of experience
• English and German language skills
• Ability to establish international relationships built on trust and to promote teamwork and collaboration with customers, colleagues and partners
• Ability to take initiative and make decisions
• A ‘do as promised’ attitude
